FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE
TRI-COUNTY LODGE #52
The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police, Tri-County Lodge #52 was established on March 15, 1989 in New Bern, North Carolina. Starting with a little over 40 members, our lodge has since grown to represent members from at least 12 law enforcement agencies in Craven County, Jones County and Pamlico County. Lodge #52 maintains its meeting hall in New Bern, North Carolina. This lodge is open to all members, 24/7, once they are granted membership. Our lodge supports its members by offering exclusive access to legal defense, education, health and wellness, insurance, and financial programs to ensure that our members receive the resources they need, when they need it.
The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police Tri-County Lodge #52 is not a union, and is not involved in collective bargaining. Our mission is to serve our law enforcement members by working with local, state, and national officials, to pass legislation that improve working conditions for our police men and women. We proudly sponsor community outreach programs aimed at supporting our local citizens and their youth. Our members are actively involved with these programs, and partner with local officials to bring aid to citizens in need.
