Who We Are

​

The North Carolina Fraternal Order of Police Tri‑County Lodge #52 was established on March 15, 1989, in New Bern, North Carolina. Founded with just 30 members, our lodge has grown to represent law enforcement professionals from more than 15 agencies across Craven, Jones, and Pamlico Counties. We proudly maintain our meeting hall in New Bern, where we continue our mission of service, support, and community partnership.

Our Mission

​

Lodge #52 is not a union and does not participate in collective bargaining. Our purpose is to serve and advocate for law enforcement officers by working with local, state, and national officials to advance legislation that improves working conditions, safety, and professional standards.

We are also deeply committed to community engagement. Lodge #52 sponsors outreach programs that support local citizens and youth throughout the Tri‑County region. Our members actively participate in these initiatives and collaborate with community leaders to assist individuals and families in need.
